In personnel training, the basis is also “One for all, all for one.” Employees learn the knowledge and skills that take them toward where they should ultimately be. On the other hand, the company helps employees build power, and offers an environment in which they can use that power to the greatest possible extent. We aim to help employees and company grow in a positive cycle.
Many learn what is needed to accomplish their work through on-the-job training (OJT) in which their managers and senior colleagues teach them what they should know and what they should do. But we also provide education opportunities that allow people to specialize and learn more quickly than OJT alone can accomplish. These opportunities vary widely, covering many businesses and departments, and a number of specialist skills. For example, besides in-house and outside classes, e-learning, and so on, we have an education program that lets new employees get experience in several departments. There are even programs that allow employees to spend time as trainees at universities or other educational institutions. Further, the company offers ways for employees to gain public licenses and certifications and take correspondence courses.
